It is a greater triumph for the fearful soul who tries and fails than for the fearless who succeed.

Of course I don__ want to get knocked down. But the single and sole solution to that fear is to not go anywhere where I can be knocked down. And is that not already being knocked down?

The challenge is never based on the size of the obstacle that stands before me. Rather, it is dictated by the degree of faith that rests within me.

We have forfeited our calling for the simple reason that we__e ignored the God who says that the __ossible_ is never bound by the __robable,_ and instead we__e dutifully heeded the god of fear that incessantly says the __ossible_ is anything but __robable.

In every experience we get to choose either love or fear as a response. Your character is formed by the percentages of those choices, which then forms your life.

God has not given us the spirit of fear. So imagine where your fear coming from. It's from somewhere else!

The gangs of arrogant thieves that can rob you of your success are your own doubts, fears and low self-image. Get them arrested and kept distances apart and you and your accomplishments are secured.

Adversity kills fearful people just by showing them its weapons. As to whether that weapon is fatal or fake, they don't care to know before they surrender!

Let your first enemy be mediocrity; it has no role to play, no word to say and no action to display in your life. Never love to swim in shallow waters; they breed nothing than fearful reptiles of failure!

Even in Sri Lanka, the worst only happened in my imagination, I'd say, and this is so because we live on a planet where good people outnumber bad.

Remember, the village idiot was the spiritual man who built the ark and saved his family. Keep being you and never give up marching to the beat of your own drum!

The only certainty in life is that it is uncertain.

Don't degrade your soul to the extent of believing in curses. No man can curse you except your maker.

Faith is rare because fear is rampant. For faith will demand that I step into places that fear itself fears to go.

It often occurs that pride and selfishness are muddled with strength and independence. They are neither equal nor similar; in fact, they are polar opposites. A coward may be so cowardly that he masks his weakness with some false personification of power. He is afraid to love and to be loved because love tends to strip bare all emotional barricades. Without love, strength and independence are prone to losing every bit of their worth; they become nothing more than a fearful, intimidated, empty tent lost somewhere in the desert of self.
