Our personal story has many chapters that reconnoiter universal themes. We each struggle to understand ourselves and aspire to make ourselves known to the world. We struggle to win the love of other people. We seek to pick all the low hanging fruit that we come across in our journey through the corridor of time. We write our story in the Niagara of emotional experiences that flowing watercourse makes us human. We use a profusion of words, symbols, and the nuances pulled from a rich library of language to depict the cascade of our visions, sounds, smells, tastes, feelings, dreams, and infelicitous thoughts. We use logical and dialectal thought processes when communing with our inner self. We use self-speak along with the esemplastic powers of poetic imagination, sprinkled with the fizz of creativity, to cohere disparate chapters of our life into a unified whole and relay the effervescence of our story to other people.

If you think you know what your purpose is, but can never seem to gain satisfaction from it, then it__ probably not the purpose you__e destined for.

I am glad to be led by light.

I don__ believe in influence. I think that in order to be an artist, you have to move. When you stop moving, then you__e no longer an artist. And if you move from somebody else__ position, you simply cannot know the next step. I think that everyone is on his own line. I think that after you__e made one step, the next step reveals itself. I believe that you were born on this line. I don__ say that the actual footsteps were marked before you get to them, and I don__ say that change isn__ possible in your course. But I do believe we unfold out of ourselves, and we do what we are born to do sooner or later, anyway.

Prayer is a spiritual act.

First knowledge is the knowledge of God.

Divinity dwell in thee. Seek that power.

Age is a timeless beauty. At each mile in my life journey, I am a distinctive blend of what I've experienced and the unique talents I was given to share with others.

Separate yourself from the lies and illusions which are not you.

Sometimes our Biggest Nightmare turns out to be our Biggest Gift. And it all comes down to our attitude. Life will throw us curve balls and disappointments, even heartbreak. But ultimately we can choose if we're going to be Bitter or Better for the experience.

When you assess your own life, consider it with the eye of a gardener. Underneath the surface lies rich, fertile soil waiting to nurture the seeds you sow. Even more than you can imagine will grow there if given a chance.

Possibilities are a mysterious beauty. They tease us to explore while our inner child cheers because an adventure is waiting.

It sounds like a lot when you summarize it, but I don't do all of it every day. If you want to know the truth, most days I feel like I'm miserably behind and only doing about half of what I should be doing. But when you look back you can see that you're building something. I think people who say 'Don't look back' are crazy. I wouldn't survive if I weren't looking back and patting myself on the back all the time for making it this far.

Awareness is a gentle beauty. It hovers around me like a fairy, pointing to those things I would miss if I didn't look past the obvious and on the other side of busy.

Taking care of yourself is one of the hardest jobs -- don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. It's much easier to take care of others.

Enlightenment is not about cocooning one__ self, but about integrating more fully with both your self and life.
