enlightened

Enlightenment is to replace your own self with the self of the universe!

We can only be enlightened to the meaning of wise words only and only if life have put and made us requiring them.

Kindness is a magical spell__erformed by enlightened beings__eant to enchant hearts and lift weary souls that they might fly.

My spirit is healthy, yes. But I tell you, my flesh is healthy too. I am enlightened and free, but I am also lustful and carnal.

Among other possibilities, money was invented to make it possible for a foolish man to control wise men; a weak man, strong men; a child, old men; an ignorant man, knowledgeable men; and for a dwarf to control giants.

We_ (the Gnani Purush, the enlightened one) have only one desire, and that too is a discharging desire of doing __agat kalyan_ (world__ salvation).

The person who wants to progress on the path of Vitrag (the enlightened ones), should keep the focus of the awareness to progress from the non-auspicious (bad) to the auspicious (good). And if one wants to go to final Liberation [moksha], he should keep __ure focus as the Self (Soul)_ (shuddha upayog). The person, who wants to go to Moksha, should not concern himself with the auspicious (good) or the inauspicious (bad). He should keep them both as the things to be cleared out.

Gnani Purush_ (the enlightened one) is considered to be the owner of the whole universe. And yet, there is not the slightest egoism in Him. Where there is no authority, there is egoism and where there is authority, there is no egoism. This is the wonder of __nani Purush!_ __nani Purush_ is the manifest light.

Gnani (The Enlightened one) means without Ego.

Gnani Purush_ (The Enlightened one) is pure, so one becomes pure by just seeing him.

Why is it that __e_ (the Gnani Purush, the enlightened one) do not have any obstruction (antray)? It is because __e_ are in a desire-free state (Nirichchhak dasha).

It is natural for a person to make a mistake (commit a fault). What is the way to become free from that? Only the Gnani Purush [the enlightened one] can show it, (which is) __ratikraman_.

The worldly life just goes round and round; there is no end to it. If you want to bring an end to it, ask the Gnani Purush [The enlightened one], __ow long do I have to keep on wandering? I have been going round and round like the ox running the millwheel. Tell the Gnani Purush __lease bring about a resolution for me!

Enlightenment is not about cocooning one__ self, but about integrating more fully with both your self and life.

The main difference is that the enlightened believe that the poor criminal should be rehabilitated while the righteous believe that the immoral criminal should be locked up in jail. Since almost the only available system of rehabilitation in America is to be locked up in jail, the difference remains highly abstract.

Invest your money and time acquiring knowledge for yourself... and the good news is that as you do so, you keep your children and grandchildren and unborn generations enlightened by what you have already learnt!

Light poured out multiplies light poured in.

Fall from ignorance, and you will rise to reason.
