I believe that half the trouble in the world comes from people asking 'What have I achieved?' rather than 'What have I enjoyed?' I've been writing about a subject I love as long as I can remember--horses and the people associated with them, anyplace, anywhere, anytime. I couldn't be happier knowing that young people are reading my books. But even more important to me is that I've enjoyed so much the writing of them.

Well, I definitely advise anyone who wants to write, write. Don__ let anyone tell you that you shouldn__. Don__ let anyone tell you that you can__. Because a lot of people can be very discouraging to people who say they want to be a professional writer. If you want to do it, then chase it. Chase your dreams. Follow your heart. If that__ what you want, go after it. Write it out. You never know, you could be the next big thing.

Let go of your past. Start making history!

Drop all those assumptions that success is built on success. Add a very little value to yourself and it will amaze you how you will see people appreciate that value!

Love what you do and do what you love. Don't listen to anyone else who tells you not to do it. You do what you want, what you love. Imagination should be the center of your life.

Find what makes you happy and go for it with all your heart. It will be hard, but I promise it will be worth it.
