Most people are afraid to really take the time and do the work required to love self enough to cradle their wounded parts like a newborn baby before involving anyone else in their life.

I spent most of my adult life in relationships some good, some bad. It took years for me to realize that I was the common denominator in all of these relationships and I needed to love me first.

We say we love self While pimping out our pussyYet, our wombs scream help.

If you keep finding yourself in the same situations, the Universe is prompting you to confront self! YOU are the common denominator.

A person can't heal as long as they are deflecting and blaming. One must accept responsibility for their own actions and make the shift necessary for growth.

It's not happening to you, it's happening through you. Check your thoughts and your energetic output for the answers.

Real MEN don't need a woman covering for him because a Real MAN IS a woman's covering!

It seems the older we get, the tighter our inner circle becomes. When life has you down, some of those you thought had your back run, others...sometimes strangers surprise you and fill that empty space up. Oh, but life has a great balancing act and when that axle turns and you are right side up again...you will definitely not be looking for any long, lost "friends" because your inner circle is battle-tested to win!

ving self and others is an every second of every day of every week, of every month, of every year gift that should not be taken for granted or withdrawn for petty arguments and misunderstandings. No one knows the day nor the hour that we or a loved one will meet our expiration here on this earth. Time to make time to heal, amend and/or forgive broken relationships, to live your dreams without regret and love like there is no tomorrow for when tomorrow is no longer there...memories will be great and consciences will be clear.

When that light within begins to dim, fan the flame just enough to spark something!

Let your life speak volumes holding your words accountable, lest you become just a talking head.

Be mindful of your thoughts and words for they are the pen writing that which will manifest.

We as a people have become so addicted to DYSFUNCTION that we don't recognize PEACE (man or woman) when it enters our energetic space.We call PEACE soft, too nice, pushover, doormat and other names because PEACE respects you. PEACE cares about & for you. PEACE doesn't want to argue, PEACE speaks it's mind with healthy discussion & at the end of the day, PEACE says I Love you. PEACE keeps their word. PEACE enjoys spending time with you & treating you better than anyone else ever has but because of our addiction, we say this is too good to be true. We wait for the other shoe to drop. We check PEACE phone, follow PEACE home or just dismiss PEACE altogether because something just ain't right!" LEAVE that phone alone, STOP looking for a reason, and CHANGE your mindset.
