Every writer should know their target. Aim for the heart ~ hit that and all which follows is sheer ecstasy.

That's what we storytellers do. We restore order with imagination. We instill hope again and again and again.

A writer of any merit does not worry about being accepted everywhere. He must write to inspire, to change for the better or to challenge the status quo!

I do not follow any tradition. I may stand at the beginning of one.

Create. Not for the money. Not for the fame. Not for the recognition. But for the pure joy of creating something and sharing it.

Writing is more about telling other peoples' stories than your own

I write so others might contemplate things that are out of the ordinary. I write to make people feel__o cause laughter and tears and anger at injustice. I write so the world will imagine and wonder at crazy, incredible truths. I write to have a tiny bit of influence on a universal conscience.

A writer creates from his mind; his creations emanate from the feelings enmeshed deep within his heart. From the fire burning within his soul, he gives shape to his thoughts. His thoughts start to breathe. Every sentence breathes with a purpose.
