The most beautiful people I have ever met are the ones who always see life in full colour. They are the ones who have been through hell and back and still stop to savour the parts of life that many seldom pay attention to. They will always use their past experiences as a guiding light to bring forth a more authentic way of life. These are the people I admire most because no matter how much they have suffered, they will always find a reason to make the best of this imperfect world.

Suffering is not a consequence, it is about permission.

Whatever happened to you yesterday no longer matters. Be present. Today is going to be a great day.

Allow yourself to grow. When you think you've seen it all, this is far beyond the truth... There is so much more out there seeking you.

I always stopped myself from crying because I wasn't allowed to feel my "bad" emotions. I've learned that there is no such thing as bad emotions. To expand is to feel everything because they are part of being human. Never resist your true feelings because then you're resisting yourself and your chance to grow.

Look at yourself and look into the eyes you've been looking at your entire life. Recognize your SPIRIT. You are the reflection of life.

When I thought everything was impossible to achieve, my spirit defied my thoughts and did the impossible. My ego sees limitations, but my spirit sees opportunities.

We are with ourselves 24/7, so we should try to treat ourselves with the most kindness, love and respect.

Surrender to the unknown and trust that the universe will lead you home.

Even in our darkest days, our light will always lead the way.

Silence your mind and breathe. Take this moment to show gratitude for the abundance of blessings in your life.

Acknowledge your inner child. Even though we have found the light in ourselves today, we sometimes forget to heal old wounds of our past. Your inner child still needs to be loved in order to heal the complete self.

When we have no choice of what is to come, we must find the strength to have trust in what lies ahead. SURRENDER.

Our children will one day lead the world, but it is our responsibility to show them that this world can be a beautiful one.

I welcome all butterflies into my heart because that feeling is a constant reminder of how alive and full of love I truly am.

When we live free in the eyes of our spirit, everything superficial that we were once conditioned to believe no longer matters. We should live only with the intention of LOVE and channel that power outward into the world.
