Many of the confusions, conflicts, and disarrays that are rampant in today__ organizations, communities, and nations could have been avoided if leaders have solid self-awareness...

if every individual sweeps in front of their house, the community will be clean. If the community is clean; our coastal ecosystems (rivers, lagoons, wetlands etc) shall be clear clean waters.

We ought to, as human beings, have the courage to seek a collective __ruth_ that benefits our species the most, and to accept that all of our doctrines and beliefs may just be incomplete. That we don__ know it all and that perhaps we never will. That others like us may have something to teach us, and we may have something to contribute to their communities. That communities, types of people, are divisions we__e created for ourselves. That for all of what we know, the knowledge and wisdom that we have gathered in the few millennia may be a small fraction of what is there to be discovered, understood and applied.

The greater puzzle of universal wisdom and beauty that we have strived to honor through our work includes the profound legacies of world artistic and spiritual traditions, the innate integrity of human communities where people seek to live in social harmony, and that regenerative stream of life sustained upon the earth itself as it spins through the cosmos to the music of the spheres.

All agree that, the first responsibility for the alleviation of poverty and distress and for the care of the victims of the depression rests upon the locality _ its individuals, organizations and Government. It rests, first of all, perhaps, upon the private agencies of philanthropy, secondly, other social organizations, and last, but not least, the Church. Yet all agree that to leave to the locality the entire responsibility would result in placing the heaviest burden in most cases upon those who are the least able to bear it. In other words, the communities that have the most difficult problem, like Detroit, would be the communities that would have to bear the heaviest of the burdens. And so the State should step in to equalize the burden by providing for a large portion of the care of the victims of poverty and by providing assistance and guidance for local communities. Above and beyond that duty of the States the national Government has a responsibility.

Humankind is the greatest resources. Don__ lose faith in the people.

Life is a concoction of fatal determinism and the footsteps of us all.

Democracy is not simply a license to indulge individual whims and proclivities. It is also holding oneself accountable to some reasonable degree for the conditions of peace and chaos that impact the lives of those who inhabit one__ beloved extended community.

The police are required to enforce the law in areas where they do not live, do not eat, do not go to the barbershop. They have no interaction with the people in that community except when they are called to resolve an issue. To bridge the gap we must establish relationships with the people and communities we serve. If we don__ we will continue to have biases that grow and fester and create deadly situations.

Even as individuals become families and families become communities, and communities become nations, so eventually must the nations draw together in peace.

Clean communities, crystal clear coastal waters

By far the greatest and most admirable form of wisdom is that needed to plan and beautify cities and human communities.

The process of categorisation is as old as men, yet as old as man alone, for no other animal species categorises itself so neatly. Yet the ultimate, most vulnerable and weakest victim of categorisation is empathy. Categorisation is a process that destroys the very empathy that enlivens communities: the empathy that traditionally binds diverse communities together.

It is both dangerous and absurd for our world to be a group of communions mutually excommunicate.

Some of the world's biggest challenges can be solved by some of the world's most marginalized communities themselves. The moment you inject information, education, and an entrepreneurial spark in a community, it gets empowered enough to inspire, build, and uplift itself.
