Long ago, I stopped buying- let alone reading, books that talk about organizational success but fail to emphasize the importance of TRUST

When we come in contact with our true self, we stop trying to be someone else. We fall in love with it and embrace it with all its flaws :-)

There must not be any single person in the world whom you should allow to rent a portion of your heart. Don't hold grudge. Forgive and move on...

Don't waste your time to appease people who have already stumbled in you because of what you stand for. Respect their decision & move on...

If you fail to treat the current time you have wisely and with care, it__l judge you tomorrow harshly since it came to you but you mistreated and abused it.

Rather than micro-managing to resolve every problem, create the right atmosphere, process, and system that facilitate effective problem solving.

When you stop worrying about your shortcomings, you deny your enemies, rivals, and/or competitors lethal weapons they may use to attack and defeat you.

We don't need to win all the time. We should embrace losing. Losing weight, bad employees, disloyal friends...These aren't bad things @ all!

Your true conviction is tested not when everything goes your way but rather when things go wrong...

Who knows, you may be that close. You could be uncovering a blind spot or two away to take your career to the next height...

Others may not understand your joy and contentment because of your certainty about who you are and why you exist. Don't waste your time to explain.

The discovery of your purpose (the reason for your existence) generates the passion and dedication it takes to pursue and fulfill it...

Blaming our past for not taking action to change our destiny for good is taken from a weak man__ playbook...

Dream big, envision a glorious destiny, write your own story, and work each day to arrive @ that destiny. You're able!

Many things might have caused pain this year. The good thing is that we would not have felt them if we weren't alive. Thankful that I'm alive!
