I don__ want content. I want slight fear. Anxiety. I want a longing devotion for a twist of absence. The feeling of complete isn__ quite pleasing.

A life path may have strange twists and turnings, and we do not always end up where we intend to go....

Our Master can see it all. If you drive down a long curvy road, you don__ see the twists and turns until you are on top of them. But when you see things from a much higher perspective, you can see the whole road and the twists and the turns and the beginning and the end. In Heaven we can see where you are in relation to where you__e going and we can make things happen along the way at the intersections of life. We can create the right time and the right place and we can already see how it all ends. We can see the whole story of your life while you are living it in little bits and pieces.

It's all a series of serendipities with no beginnings and no ends. Such infinitesimal possibilities Through which love transcends.

Everything turns in circles and spirals with the cosmic heart until infinity. Everything has a vibration that spirals inward or outward _ and everything turns together in the same direction at the same time. This vibration keeps going: it becomes born and expands or closes and destructs _ only to repeat the cycle again in opposite current. Like a lotus, it opens or closes, dies and is born again. Such is also the story of the sun and moon, of me and you. Nothing truly dies. All energy simply transforms.

Everything government touches turns to crap.

Nothing turns out to be so oppressive and unjust as a feeble government.

Abused patience turns to fury.

Some days I feel more like a scribe than a creator. I will have the major points fleshed out, but there is always a turn or two that I didn't see coming, or which came earlier than I expected it to, or not at all...

At the beginning, I thought the best Islamic work was in Spain - the mosque in Cordoba, the Alhambra in Granada. But as I learned more, my ideas shifted. I traveled to Egypt, and to the Middle East many times.I found the most wonderful examples of Islamic work in Cairo, it turns out. I'd visited mosques there before, but I didn't see them with the same eye as I did this time. They truly said something to me about Islamic architecture.

Everything turns, rotates, spins, circles, loops, pulsates, resonates, and repeats.
