ALways be careful what you say. You can always say you're sorry, but you can never take back what you said.

why talk and say the unsaid words in haste when silence can speak the unspoken words?

It takes just a step to show the other side of you that you never wanted to show. It takes just a word to start the words you never wanted to say. It all begins with something and it all starts somewhere. Mind the starting point and note the beginning.

What ever happened to creativity? What ever happened to the passion? What ever happened to speaking ones mind? I'll tell you what happened. The kids aged, but never grew up. A baby can whine if it does not like something because it doesn't know better. What's your excuse? Stop getting offended whenever the wind blows your hair the wrong way! We will get nowhere if we continue to avoid truths to avoid offense. Speak your mind and do not be afraid of stepping on toes. The truth can be ugly, and that's what makes it so beautiful. Speak your mind, but don't take this as a chance to lose respect either. Always keep respect. If someone then still claims to be offended, it is not because of you, nor is it your fault. They simply don't like the taste of the bittersweet truth.

When you give yourself permission to communicate what matters to you in every situation you will have peace despite rejection or disapproval. Putting a voice to your soul helps you to let go of the negative energy of fear and regret.

If you don't know what it is you're looking for you're NEVER going to find it. You have to be clear on what it is you're seeking.

Be transparent. Let's build a community that allows hard questions and honest conversations so we can stir up transformation in one another.

Sometimes people are shocked by what I do, but I'm not trying to be liked, I speak my mind and I don't care what people think. I truly do not compromise on who I am.

You can have regret from yesterday, fear tomorrow, but peace today by sharing your heart__ deepest feelings. A life spent being fearful of showing your soul is a life not worth living.

Speak with caution. Even if someone forgives harsh words you've spoken, they may be too hurt to ever forget them. Don't leave a legacy of pain and regret of things you never should have said.

To say nothing is saying something. You must denounce things you are against or one might believe that you support things you really do not.

Perfect the art of the pause for this is when the Holy Spirit speaks. Pausing creates white space in a conversation that enables the Holy Spirit to sort out our thoughts before we let out our words of life or death.

Don't worry. You'll find your message in your mess.
