You just have to say to yourself, "I am not willing to accept anything less than what I deserve! I am smart! I am Beautiful! I am a good woman and I deserve to be happy!" It all starts with you.

Seek what you want.

Self-help isn't really self-help unless someone else is also helping you. We'd like to be that someone.

Pain doesn't last. And when it's gone, we have something to show for it. Growth.

It gouged her so much that her breath stopped. It hurt her even more than did the wife. And she knew in that moment while he settled into bliss that she wasn__ going to leave, that leaving hadn__ had the slightest chance.

It is not giving up, it is accepting. And the light will enter. Always does.
