[EM] Forster was the only living writer whom he would have described as his master. In other people__ books he found examples of style which he wanted to imitate and learn from. In Forster he found a key to the whole art of writing. The Zen masters of archery__f whom, in those days, Christopher had never heard__tart by teaching you the mental attitude with which you must pick up the bow. A Forster novel taught Christopher the mental attitude with which he must pick up the pen.

Mentorship is simply learning from the mistakes and mastery of a successful person in his/her field.

Every great soul had a great mentor.

Mentorship happens organically, and you can__ just force it. Many men don__ even know HOW to mentor, and often mentor others by accident. It__ not a mentor__ responsibility to mentor, it__ the responsibility of the mentee to seek mentorship and appropriate it.

What books can you read to learn about this part of your life? What people do you need to confide in to grow deeper? What things do you need to stop doing in order to grow? What things do you need to start doing?

When taking on a leadership role in business remember it's about relationships. If your people (aka employees) are taken care of then they will respect you and return the favor.

Recognizing the value of the mentorship of spiritual guides in their self-questing ventures, persons who endure immense adversity wish to reciprocate their love of humanity by sharing the scored story of their episodic journey through the corridors of time and relay the incisive truths they discovered to any other travelers with a willing ear.

Remember iron sharpens iron. People inspire people, therefore, always ensure that you read books that can easily guide you to discover strategies of making a good name.

When psychotherapy began, it was about the practitioner listening to a patient and interpreting what the patient said, in order to afford the patient insights about his or her psyche. But now we understand that the main curative part of psychotherapy is the relationship itself. It appears not to be relevant which psychology school the practitioner belongs to. What matters is the quality of the relationship and the practitioner's belief in what he or she is offering.

I don't want to be like my mentor or inspiration, I can do better. Don't get me wrong, I need them to motivate and inspire me but my potential can never be like theirs.
