I read somewhere that the only difference between Illness and Wellness is the ___ and the __e_, When you only think of yourself, ___, you are victimizing yourself and you are blaming yourself and you are __eeding_ the illness, whereas when you look at yourself as a part of this Universe and you do your part in giving and contributing in whatever ways you know, you focus on the __e_ and you experience Wellness.
