It__ never easy letting go. But if we don__ learn the art of relinquishment, we__l never move forward to embrace the new relationships God has for us.

When you hold onto a script that doesn't serve you, you leave no space to write a new one that does.

Time doesn__ heal emotional pain, you need to learn how to let go.

To attach to a goal is to mentally protect it because of a negative story running at the back of your mind. To surrender is to tap into your faith and believe that something bigger than you can do the work without the interruption of your human condition.

If you want to be happy, do not dwell in the past, do not worry about the future, focus on living fully in the present.

Sometimes we scratch, claw and climb so hard to conquer a mountain that, once achieved, we cling to its summit much too long and it ultimately instigates our fall. As we dangle by our fingertips we grasp and claw at what__ no more; with a fear of falling into the dim unknown. But, ironically, it__ in that very moment that we are empowered to choose. We can stay cliff hanging in our darkened fears clinging to a time that has past us by or we can faithfully and freely fall into the hands of a new destiny. When you choose to let go, you discover more about who you are and what you want out of life, and then you go for it!

With the constant pile of past experiences having a toll, most people get too scared to see beauty in themselves. A very honest compliment and they try inevitably to cook up conspiracy theories. Although there are ulterior motives (to the compliments) most of the time, look past it, accept, and appreciate your magic.

Holding onto what was isn't healthy for what is.

When we can't let go of the past, painful moments accumulate in us; metastasizing in our consciousness like an emotional cancer.
