View your life with KINDSIGHT. Stop beating yourself up about things from your past. Instead of slapping your forehead and asking, __hat was I thinking,_ breathe and ask yourself the kinder question, __hat was I learning?

Express your gratitude. Welcome a stranger. Gladden the heart of a child. Take pleasure in the beauty and wonder of the earth. Speak your love, and then speak it again.
