Until 'you' FULLY embrace who 'you are', no amount of money, no person or external things will EVER make you happy or bring you peace.

Joy is inexplicable peace that comes from within.

If you want to do something healthy for yourself - focus on your internal relationship. A diet, external, or materialistic fix WON'T work.

If you have strength of character, you can use that as fuel to not only be a survivor but to transcend simply being a survivor, use an internal alchemy to turn something rotten and horrible into gold.

Only internal bliss is perpetual, nothing else is created to last

Time, place, and space for all things, but spending [the] majority of one's time playing in outer places, and far less time exploring inner space, is perhaps the worst form of neglect. Don't play yourself; the real you awaits.

What you are, and who you are should provide greater clarity about where you have been and where you are headed. Although one distinguishes spiritual from physical nature, the ultimate unification of the two is the consequence of the struggle for internal, external and eternal _ peace.

The best piece of life's magnificence is your slice of internal peace.
