Step out of your comfort zone. Comfort zones, where your unrealized dreams are buried, are the enemies of achievement. Leadership begins when you step outside your comfort zone.

The comfort zone is a psychological state in which one feels familiar, safe, at ease, and secure.If you always do what is easy and choose the path of least resistance, you never step outside your comfort zone. Great things don__ come from comfort zones.

I__ not saying that you should deny the difficult events of your life. But the fact that you survived is also a wonderful story to tell. And that story, the story of the way you came through a difficult situation, found resources within yourself or outside of yourself, gleaned from that experience what you wanted and what you didn__ want going forward _ that is a story that can inspire you and others to heal and grow.

The beginning is always NOW.

People may advice you, guide you and evaluate what you do, but bear in mind they can__ think for you. You don__ blame people for not thinking for you; blame yourself for depending on them to do what you must do.

Leadership is about inspiration with character, not manipulation with position!

When you open your mind, you open new doors to new possibilities for yourself and new opportunities to help others.

Information leads to transformation. If you are not inspired by being informed, you will expire by becoming deformed!

There are five important things for living a successful and fulfilling life: never stop dreaming, never stop believing, never give up, never stop trying, and never stop learning.

If you aim upward, you will at shoot higher things (future prospects). If you aim downwards, you may shoot your feet (foundation).

I tell people not to be afraid of their fears; because their fears are not there to scare them, they're there to let them know that something is worth it. Yet I am often afraid. I guess that means in my life, lots of things have been worth it!
