Just to get a job is always really exciting to me. I do feel there's a lot left for me to learn about movies, the subtleties of acting.

With a recent birthday, I've been acting now for twenty years.

If you believe - which I do - that acting is a bit like advocacy for your character, then of course I want to find the positive points.

You're much better off creating positive rewards, complimenting people for acting correctly, rather than punishing them when they act incorrectly.
