From the seasons ushering in change to the way a body moves during dance from the way one smile paints another to the waddle of a street rat _ every facet of life is art in motion. Every time a bird takes flight from a branch the scene changes each time the winds shift brings new perspective.

When the ego is in the driver__ seat, we judge. When our spirit, our authentic self, is in control, we practice listening (without judging), compassion, and love.
