Most of the times we work towards calming our nerves & adapting to live with the problems, rather than working towards finding a long-term solution to the problems, and when the problem returns we victimize ourselves to ease the pain of another inconvenience.

The glass is half full, the glass is half empty or nothing is in the glass, these are the metaphorical situations created by our mind to give ourselves hope, which is to expect something better in the future or to hold on to what we have in hand. Success is always about playing these situations to perfection. The level of our play will be proportionate to the level of hope, which again is a laborious form of a wish. A wish is belief in miracles but a hope is working to get due returns against the invested efforts.

Start a new day with a feeling that life is bigger than achievements & non-achievements, we often worry about the desirable achievements leaving aside the experience gained by non-achievements; Always believe that every successful future achievement will rise from shadows of lessons taught by unsuccessful past experiences.

Happiness at work is not associated with people it is a result of our own actions, happiness from achievements becomes a proud moment because we can see an improvement in own abilities, but we don't live with that and start expecting praise and recognition from others, and if it doesn't happen we make it an unhappy moment. But once we start celebrating achievements, the achievement process itself becomes a happy moment.
