A radical shift in attitude happens in small steps. It__ a transformation. A butterfly does a lot of walking and eating and growing before it finally forms a chrysalis and emerges with wings. It__ not an instant transformation.

Next time you try to do something and fail, and it really was partly in your control, be honest aboutwhy you failed--but also, what you can do better in the future. It's easy to see that blamingcircumstance robs you of opportunities to learn.

Make sure you spend time learning how to think and learning how to learn. It__ okay to have fun, but try to cultivate interests that might actually be useful. And whatever you do, if you are going to spend time on it, do it well.

One challenge at a time, I try to turn into the face of fear and tell it __ou are not my master, you are the product of my self and I am your master._ I look into the monster__ eyes until it disappears. Then I am free.

Successful people aren__ born that way. They usually work very hard, and that means constant effort _ even if it__ not hard, it is steady. People born to wealth need to work to keep it. A radical shift means a thousand small changes, a few a day. Eventually you wake up_and you__e the person you wanted to be.
