God wants to take us step by step to free us from any unhealthy distractions. Don't expect other people to change, nor should we live in the past. He understands our hearts. We are not afraid to go forward because we are his children. Part of healing is understanding the past including the good and bad things

God brings us a song so that we may know joy. He enters our hearts so that we may know how to love. God brings us his word so that we may know how to live our lives. He brings us his peace so that we may be strong. God helps to make the world a more loving place.

Dreams are what keep us growing. They are what keep us alive. To give up, is to let our dreams die.

Be a Force of Good in the World. You can't change everything.

How many people actually read the Bible and follow it? The truth is right there. How many people know what a marriage or family is all about? Everything starts with an idea, but getting people to act is different. You can't do something well if you don't know what it is or tried it for awhile.

Be cheerful ten times as much as you complain. Communicate and listen more than you are silent with others. In other words, put on a happy face and be positive in your life. You only have one life to live.

I helped bring cheerfulness to a city, valued a long term local job, prepared for that disaster, was that extra dad, wrote songs of hopeful music, and searched for the truth but the most important thing was knowing you were not alone on the journey.

Freedom is more than just a willingness to live; it is a force that binds us all. Being truly free is seeing America as our "heart and home." Uniting around a common good will help bring us together in true happiness into the future.
