Today I will do one small task that will contribute toward the achievement of a life goal.

Our desire to grow, to make a place for ourselves_ to know we have counted in the lives of others, is healthy and necessary to our existence_

Too often we look back on our lives with regret. What is done, is done. We learned lessons from those mistakes. Every day is a new beginning.

We must take responsibility for ourselves, for who we become, for how we live each day.

Our response to the external conditions of our lives can be greatly altered by our perceptions of those conditions.

Life is not without pain and travail. They are necessary to new awareness which prompts growth.
