Thoughts are just thoughts, and they can__ hurt you. My thoughts land in my mind like a butterfly; they stay for a while, then flutter away. The butterfly isn__ me. I can step away from it, and watch it, learn from it, enjoy it, without needing to absorb it into my identity.
