You are the most important person in your life. Your relationship with yourself defines your relationships with every other person you encounter. Celebrate yourself and celebrate all.

If you want peace, stop labeling yourself. We all label ourselves at some point. We tell ourselves these traits that make us stand out. I am a patient person. I am smart. But what happens when we fail at being what we tell ourselves we are? What if I say something really stupid? Am I now a stupid person?These labels only stand to hurt us in the future. They make us doubt ourselves and they separate us from other people. When you label yourself, you, in turn, begin labeling others. Oh, that Jane, she is so rude. And now, as you have defined her in your mind, she is rude. Regardless of 'Jane's' future actions, she is rude.Labels set parameters on the world. They limit it when the world should be impossible to define and ever-changing.So, pause before you label.

Accept your mistakes. Overcome your mistakes. Grow from your mistakes. Growth only comes after you have realized your mistakes. If you accept your mistake and have gained knowledge from it, it was all worth it.

You need not have any motivation but the motivation to overpower your mind.

Remember that every relationship in your life starts with your relationship with yourself. How can you expect to have healthy relationships with others when you can__ even love and respect the person you are with all the time, yourself. Treat yourself with respect. Do not insult yourself everytime you pass a mirror. Do not degrade yourself for your past actions. Notice your beauty. Notice all the wonderful things about yourself that make you a great person.

Ask yourself:Am I living my past, present or future?

If you dwell on the negatives, any life can be terrible, regardless of its circumstances.

Make time for your passions. Pursue them with a depth of heart that you find nowhere else in your life. Your intention can simply be to enjoy your passion or to make a career out of it but whatever you do make sure that it makes your heart happy.

Do not feel ill will toward others. It will only bring negative energy into your life which will fester and grow as you let that anger into your heart. Hunger for revenge, for your pain to be put onto others, only hurts you more. Trust in yourself that you may recover from the pain they have caused and allow yourself to move on.

Give yourself peace of mind. Sleep well, eat well, and laugh well every day. Let your needs be met in positive and healthy ways that allow your mind to rest. You deserve to feel well. Make your wellness a priority over everything else. If your foundation of life, your wellness, is weak you will find that all other levels in your life are weak as well. Everything in your life depends on how you feel. Prioritize your wellness.

Your life is fragile. Your body, mind, and soul need to be protected, loved, and cared for. Make sure your actions provide love and health to yourself.

When you choose to notice the little things, the world becomes a much more beautiful place. Find the beauty of the little things and the whole picture becomes a bit more magnificent.

Look around and see the wonderful beauty in the world around you.

Inside of you, there is the power to change your world. Believe in good and you will find good.

Your thoughts are your reality. Change them and change your world!

To change the world, we must look inward. If we fill our hearts with peace and love, we will see the change.

Life won't change if your mind doesn't change. A better life comes with a better mind.

Life shouldn__ be a monotonous cycle day after day. Life is meant to be explored, enjoyed, and, well, lived. You can__ live your life happily without seeing new things and putting yourself in new positions. Life is magical with endless possibility and should be lived as such. Allow yourself some freedom. Enjoy life, don__ just live it.
