Happiness is a decision and so as Love. If you decide to be happy then you're happy. If you decide to love then you love.

If darkness surrounds you, look for the light. If you can't see it, raise your head up. You may be surrounded by darkness but it does not cover you on top. Let the light shine down on you and let it lead the way out of darkness.

Writing fiction is a way of expressing feelings and revealing a certain truth about life, goals, dreams and desires.

What inflicts the mind, inflicts the body. What inflicts the soul inflicts the body. Physical wounds heal much quicker but spiritual, emotional and spiritual wounds takes much longer of healing.

If you choose to be sad then you will be sad but there times you don't know why you're sad. Tears start flowing from your eyes.

How can you be free, If you don't even know you're trap or lock inside?

Depression exist without you knowing it, even denying it. It is not an illusion. You don't even know you're in it. It takes awhile before you realize it. If you deny it, it means your still in there or else you won't talk about your misery and the dramas in your life.

Don't envy those who seems having everything, they don't really have everything. They have what they want and live the life they want but they don't have what they really need.

My true religion, my faith in God. He gives me love and compassion. I simply return them by loving and being compassionate towards others. Our own heart, our own mind, is the temple of God. The teachings of God is to love one another as he loves us. We love by respecting and being compassionate, whatever they decide to do with their life

Be careful who influence and inspire your life. Their ways seem like leading to life but the truth is, they lead to eternal death

If you believe everything you feel is an illusion then you__e delusional. Your emotion is part you. You__e made with it. Denying it and thinking it is all your mind, is denying your existence.

It is okay of talking about the past, as long as there's no bitterness and anger. It only gives you a heart attack. It won't change the past either.
