When you come out of the grips of a depression there is an incredible relief, but not one you feel allowed to celebrate. Instead, the feeling of victory is replaced with anxiety that it will happen again, and with shame and vulnerability when you see how your illness affected your family, your work, everything left untouched while you struggled to survive.

The weakest link in any chain of security is not the technology itself, but the person operating it; iron gates have no compassion to appeal to, nor fears to exploit, nor insecurities to use to one__ advantage. They are, however, operated by us _ by beings of unlimited vulnerability and limited energy. Why waste time brute-forcing what can be easily circumvented by a clever façade and a crimson tongue?

Creativity connects me to my truest self and vulnerability. There is nothing more personally liberating, than reaching for my face and peeling off the social mask that hides my; shadow self, pain and weakness. When i produce from this place of truth, the results transform both creator and beholder.

The best way to get started on the path to sharing your work is to think about what you want to learn, and make a commitment to learning in front of others.

Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.

Sometimes, the only way to evolve is to open ourselves fully.

September tried to show her sternness. It was becoming a habit. She could show her sternness and think about this another time, when it was quiet and no new red Moon turned somersaults in the sky. But when she reached for her sternness, all September found in her heart was the bar of a trapeze, swinging wild, inviting her to catch it....She leaned up and kissed her Marid and hoped it was the right thing. Her heart caught the bar and swung out, swung wild, over the lights and the gasps below, reaching for a pair of sure blue hands in the air and willing them to find hers.

One of the greatest lies ever told is that there__ no power in vulnerability.

You matter. You're not broken. You're stronger than you think.

There's nothing more beautiful than authenticity. There's nothing stronger than vulnerability. There's no better time than now.

Vulnerability does not take away your strength

Vulnerability is strength. It is being honest about who you are & about your experiences.

Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength.

You do not need any more strength. You only need to realize how strong you already are.

Vulnerability has a strength of its own.
