Then we can work out how to think more constructively, act more usefully, do things more easily, become more of the person we really want to be deep down inside.

Just because I understand does not mean I agree.
So many people have understanding, but in reality, they don__ really understand understanding! When you really understand understanding, you get a real understanding!
