There is a relentless war between good and evil which has to be fought whether one likes it or not.

When people come to me upset and in need of advice the first thing I always suggest is to brew a nice cuppa tea. Not because this is easy advice to give, neither for lack of compassion nor understanding, but simply because I've not encountered a circumstance where tea was rendered futile. There's something concealed in the nature of tea that will consort you to a calm contemplation, a sense of purity and harmony, it lets you find your way through life's sordid deeds, and regain a sense of tranquillity, console enmity, and admire the beauty around you. I love my close friends and family so dearly that the first thing I wish upon them in a time of desperation is a nice cup of tea. So to my dearest friends, you're always invited; you, me and a cup of tea?

Growth is ugly, it's hideous, it's all the things we don't like but my god, once you walk through the fire of confusion you will feel burning passion within your flame.

I don't believe in the word " incurable " I believe to find a cure we need to deconstruct the cause.

When nothing goes right, you have to face forward and take it on head first.

There is strength in every struggle. Struggles create opportunities for you to become stronger, wiser and better. The moment you shift your thinking from "I cannot" to "I must," you will begin to see 'Beyond the Pain' and draw strength from within. Learn to see each obstacle as a stepping stone and watch your life change significantly.

In the struggle between yourself and the world, side with the world

Flow wherever you go. You can__ be limited. Dare to rise above all limitations and become better than you were. Strive to arrive at the top.

Be enthusiastic for what you want. Work hard for it.

How can I shut downIf you don't open up??

SELFLESS LOVE.If you have a special person in your life, but you find yourselves arguing, irritated and/or fighting out of the blue_ you both need to try to step back and be selfless and think of the other person... with no ego of your own. No ego. We are ALL dealing with our own tough issues. We may keep them to ourselves, but we all have struggles. If you BOTH allow yourselves to step into each others shoes- to have the awareness and respect for each others issues and struggles... that will most likely allow the love that you have for each other to shine through at its brightest.There will be ups and downs- feelings of being under-appreciated for both. It will happen. But let that be the worst that happens. Unity through diversity. That's the greatest love. A selfless love. It__ paradoxical, but you each would get back more than you give out. That's the love that conquers all things that__ mentioned in the Bible. It will be challenging for both of you, but well worth it.

Cheating and lying aren't struggles, they're reasons to break up.

Believe in yourself, keep a can-do approach, struggle hard and watch success follow.

Get this; without a continuous struggle, your previous struggles will become a waste. Stay on and hold on until the success become evident.
