resistance

Resistance is always lying and always full of shit.

My heart goes out to some of those rather hostile yet highly intelligent individuals who may see problems really because they have solutions. That hostility is learned in defense; not offense. An often stubborn and prideful world, in its self-destructive, temporary bliss of ignorance, may be violently resistant to the watchful mind.

You have to do some thinking and know who you are, and then you have to resist compromising your truth for the comfort of others.

Literalness, however, is not the substance from which human culture is made.

When we follow our joy and excitement, being focused on what we love and appreciate, the change always unfolds with a great ease. Whenever we experience any tension in our transformations, it only indicates our resistance to the change. In fact, it is not the change itself that we resist. We resist ourselves. We resist becoming a more holistic person who is aware of our multidimensional nature.

We are like water, aren__ we? We can be fluid, flexible when we have to be. But strong and destructive, too._ And something else, I think to myself. Like water, we mostly follow the path of least resistance.

It is true that in general, energy which is aimed at positive factors usually obtains better results than energy invested in resistance!
