I don't have a lot of regrets about the way I've lived my life. Not because I haven't made mistakes - I've made plenty. But what's the point of regret? You can't undo the past.

There's not a day that goes by, without me thinking of you, dying, in someone else's arms.

Mamma says if we stay so focused on our past failings, we won't be able to move beyond them and learn what we need to know.

Our regrets want to bring back many things we leave behind

Peter denied Jesus; Judas betrayed Jesus. The bad news was that both of them fell off the track and were both filled with regrets, remorse and anguish for their mischievous behaviours. However it was only Peter who chose to rise again after falling! Judas chose to end it with suicide! If you fall, you can rise again!

One smile in the morning can change your mood for the entire day. One hug in the evening can usher you into cheerful night dreams you will never regret!

So many people shall regret three great things tomorrow; things they did, things they did not do and things they were yet to do!

A real value of our lives is in how we use our time as we journey from the womb to the tomb. A great difference between the womb and the tomb is the w and the t! Wasted time! We waste great and precious time as we journey from the womb to the tomb; in the end, we remember the w and the t in a simple statement of regret, 'had I known' ! The wasted time!

I call it the __uck up, own up, and get up_ policy. Make a mistake, admit it, and move on. We all screw up, but a man solves his problems. He doesn__ make them worse.
