The leader__ joy is the success of change, the evidence of progress and the actualization of a better life.

What it takes is the passion to lead and the commitment to that passion through a lifetime. A great number isn__ bad though, but doesn__ take numbers to change the world.

Be the initiator of things you wish to see, but can__ see. Be the originator of things you wish you feel but can__ feel.

It is as simple as that. Birds fly because they have wings and so when you can__ grow the wings, you can__ be called a bird. Leaders make impacts because they create new ideas and so if you can__ think of any new innovative ideas, you can__ be a leader.

People who always want to be at convenient places won__ make a change at controversial places.

Until you fall in love with positive change, becoming passionate about improving the status quo, you won__ become a leader.

Cruel people are not only people who kill innocent people with guns. Individuals who steal from government coffers to enrich themselves at the expense of the poor are grossly cruel.

I have covenanted with my Lord that He should not send visions, or dreams or even angels! I am content with this gift of the Scriptures, which teaches and supplies all that is necessary both for this life and that which is to come.

You will never be rewarded for the dreams you slept over day in day out. You will be rewarded for dreams you stay awake and achieved.

Be passionate about your dreams and never give sleep to your eyes until your good becomes better and your better becomes the best.

Don__ just have dreams. Take actions too. To make it possible, begin every dream with a simple action and your interest will beam out.

Don__ only think of which job to get and live on. Think about which problem to solve and the jobs will keep suggesting themselves.

Sometimes the only things preventing your dreams from becoming realities is the long time it is taking you to start.

Until you let go of that bitterness in your heart, it will find a comfortable place to destroy your dreams, your sight and most times, your sleep.

If you create an environment of conflicts, I don__ think you will enjoy peace yourself.

Bear it in mind that people who do not take actions are not and cannot be leaders. Leadership is action.
