Wherever you are, be there. If you can be fully present now, you__l know what it means to live.

A moment of clarity I realise that I stress so much about the past, because I am scared of the future.It is easier for my mind to occupy itself with troubles of long-ago; rather than greet fears of the unknown tomorrow. Mindfulness is like that__t is the miracle which can call back in a flash our dispersed mind and restore it to wholeness so that we can live each minute of life.

No ideals. No illusions. Just reality - but more perfect than you__e ever imagined. That__ what being mindful and living in the present means.

The best thing about now, is that there's another one tomorrow.

There will always be a down but also always an up, your moods depends on wich of the two you pay the most attention to.

Don't waste your time thinking about things you can't change, live in the moment

Wake every morning with the same feeling. Live up high and fly on top of the ceiling. I just know that I'm on my way. It doesn't matter to me if I'm chasing the clouds away. North or South, East or West I live my life to the fullest.

Our tomorrows must be met at the time of their arrival... with the HOPE they are as BEAUTIFUL as today!

Be present in all things and thankful for all things.

Maybe life is all about twirling under one of those midnight skies, cutting a swathe through the breeze and gently closing your eyes.
