Life is spiritual.

I believe in the ability to choose. I believe this life is made up of our choices and their consequences_ the good and the bad. I do not believe in letting anything up to fate. We are the makers of our own destinies, our own futures, our own paths. To blindly follow is an insult to the miracle of being human. To be human is to make choices; the moment you allow others to make decisions for you is the moment you do an injustice to not only mankind but to yourself.

To realize one's destiny is a person's only obligation

It doesn't matter if we don't mean to do the things we do. It doesn't mean if it was an accident or a mistake. It doesn't even matter if we think this is all up to fate. Because regardless of our destiny, we still have to answer for our actions. We make choices, big and small, every day of our lives, and those choices have consequences.

People wrote me off but they did not realize that I was a writer - I rewrote my own destiny.

The journey was a worthwhile. We gain new insight into cultural diversity.

I don__ believe in influence. I think that in order to be an artist, you have to move. When you stop moving, then you__e no longer an artist. And if you move from somebody else__ position, you simply cannot know the next step. I think that everyone is on his own line. I think that after you__e made one step, the next step reveals itself. I believe that you were born on this line. I don__ say that the actual footsteps were marked before you get to them, and I don__ say that change isn__ possible in your course. But I do believe we unfold out of ourselves, and we do what we are born to do sooner or later, anyway.

Years have passed, I suppose. I'm not really counting them anymore. But I think of this thing often: Perhaps there is a Golden Age someplace, a Renaissance for me sometime, a special time somewhere, somewhere but a ticket, a visa, a diary-page away. I don't know where or when. Who does? Where are all the rains of yesterday?In the invisible city?Inside me?It is cold and quiet outside and the horizon is infinity. There is no sense of movement.There is no moon, and the stars are very bright, like broken diamonds, all.

Write like you have many readers.

Prayer is a spiritual act.

God created you for a special purpose.

You need to take control of your own destiny.
