Sometimes we__e caught off guard and asked to do something we may not want to do, something outside our comfort zone__ favor, a challenge. We could be mocked or ridiculed. Or maybe we__l doubt ourselves, but we can__ let fear rule. Sometimes in life, we have to dance.

Engaging in activities devoid of difficulty, lounging in risk-free zones, is life without great meaning.

If we do not accept our challenges and remain in our comfort zone, then we undergo degradation

It's ironic how your comfort zone can be tiring sometimes.

I__ an observer. I am fascinated by people and how their minds work (and, of course, my own). Why we are the way we are, why we do the things we do _ and that interest drives my writing. I was a physicist before fiction claimed my soul, so I__ an experimenter. I__ open to different ways of thinking. I like exaggerating, making things up. I__ a very open, honest person in life and that__ the way it should be, but when it comes to fiction, I want to pour a few sharp objects into the comfort zone. Our fears are powerful, yet we__e all got a desire to laugh and be entertained. I could have followed the same path I do now as a scientist, examining how the brain works. Ironically I get much more freedom to experiment as a writer. That__ why I love it.

She did not understand why women complicated their lives with corsets and petticoats, so she sewed herself a coarse cassock that she simply put over her and without further difficulties resolved the problem of dress, without taking away the feeling of being naked, which according to her lights was the only decent way to be when at home.

You know something, it__ not easy to break out of your comfort zone. People will tear you down, tell you you shouldn__ have bothered in the first place. But let me tell you something, there__ not much of a difference between a stadium full with cheering fans and an angry crowd screaming abuse at you. They__e both just making a lot of noise. How you take it is up to you. Convince yourself they__e cheering for you. You do that, and someday, they will.

Do Not Lie to Yourself We have to be honest about what we want and take risks rather than lie to ourselves and make excuses to stay in our comfort zone.

Go away from your comfort zone to feel the beauty of life.

Rationalizing is another road that leads to hell.

...often, stepping outside your comfort zone is not careless irresponsibility, but a necessary act of obedience.

Your comfort zone is not that comfortable.

The more you rationalize, the more you move farther away from your authentic self.

Empowered Women 101: If they made you an option you will always be an option vs. the person they really wanted. Don't ever settle for someone that makes you go through hell only to stay with you because they don't have the confidence to go get what they really want. Fear will always follow your rules when they know they don't have options that make them stay comfortable. You won't grow real love in this type of a relationship. You will water weeds and call it a garden.

So I forced myself to step out of my comfort zone and go out and connect with people. I realised that no one knew me here. I could become whoever I wanted to be for these people, and that became my courage.

Fear can only be mastered outside of your comfort zone.

In the industry, trying out new genres is not always encouraged but what I've discovered is that as a writer, a jaunt outside my comfort zone generally brings new skills to the main body of my work.

It is important to note that a transitional phase has to be uncomfortable for you to move on to the next stage, lest procrastination stymies you.
