It seems to be a law of nature, inflexible and inexorable, that those who will not risk cannot win.

Lance Armstrong, the famous cyclist and more importantly, cancer survivor, has said 'if you ever get a second chance for something, you've got to go all the way.'

Work for something because it is good, not just because it stands a chance to succeed.

Many of us would have been, or at least might have been, done, tried something, if...If we had known who we really were.

Trajectories aren't linear. Life's just a roller coaster. If you're getting a chance to do cool stuff, and it's varied stuff, just enjoy it. I guess I'm a believer in the randomness of life rather than it being a linear trajectory or an arc, a consistent smooth arc, towards anything.

If you're financially responsible, your children have a much better chance to grow up financially responsible.
