Self-Worth. Self-Love. Self-Esteem. Self-Motivation. Self-Confidence. All of these things equal Self-Empowerment. Always believe in yourself, even if nobody else does!

Racism, hate, and bigotry are EVIL and WICKED no matter how you try to rationalize it. I couldn__ imagine living my life with this crap in my heart. I love building new relationships and I enjoy learning about different cultures! If people would change their thinking and open up their hearts, they__ be amazed at the beautiful relationships that they could have. And, for the record, I couldn__ imagine ALL of my friends being black. There are too many amazing people from different backgrounds that I still have yet to meet. NO WAY would I limit my relationships based on race, absolutely not! I am free to like and love who I want to and I won__ allow anybody to persuade me with their opinions. I have my own mind! I__ my own person! I refuse to dislike and/or hate another race __ust because!_ I am Stephanie Lahart: BOLD. BRAVE. STRONG.

Don__ be so hard on yourself. Be perfectly okay with being who YOU are. Fully embrace yourself, flaws and all. Love yourself right where you are. Strive to do better, but don__ beat yourself up for every shortcoming that you may have. Be brave in your journey! Hold your head up high, and keep moving forward.

So, you__e failed many times at many things. That__ okay! Learn, grow, and move forward. With the right attitude and mindset, you can learn a lot from failure. Pay attention and keep on striving! You__e got this!

Be original and don__ be afraid to stand out. Never downplay your capabilities. Everybody won__ believe in you and everybody won__ rejoice with you, and that__ quite alright. Self-motivation, self-love, and self-determination will guide you through. ALWAYS believe in yourself because that__ what truly matters most.

Don__ destroy yourself over somebody else__ foolishness. I know they betrayed you. I know they lied on you. I know they talked behind your back and told all of your business. I know they hurt you to the core. I know they turned their back on you. I know they cheated on you. I know they mislead you. I know, I KNOW. In spite of it all, you have to know that you are worth more than what they dished out to you. You will survive! You will make it through! Remember who YOU are and know YOUR self-worth!

Encourage yourself, believe in yourself, and love yourself. Never doubt who you are.

Until YOU get enough of what you__e going through, no matter what advice a person gives you, you__l continue to go through the same thing. When you get the courage to stop making excuses for them, and stop excusing their behavior, then you__l be able to break free from that unhealthy situation. You__e got to be willing to face YOUR truth in order to move on and be at peace. You matter!

Are You a Parent or a Bully? Mentally and physically abusing your children is NOT okay. Real parenting does NOT consist of bullying your children, belittling your children, manipulating your children, beating your children, or cursing at your children. Children are a blessing! Many women can__ get pregnant and/or carry to term. Think about that! Parenting should be taken seriously. Children need LOVE, support, and guidance, NOT a bully! Children shouldn__ fear their parents. It__ important to create healthy relationships with your children, seriously.
