We all get in a funk sometimes.It doesn't mean you're failing, or ungrateful, or stupid, or lost. It means you're human.The Funk happens. For all of us. We can__ be happy all the time. We don__ need to be.

In acceptance, I am grounded. In vulnerability, I am strong. In love, I am whole.

I won__ stop until I can look at myself in the mirror in love with the person I see.

Love is not blind.Love sees everything and says yes to it all.

I can__ apologize for who I am any more. Even better, I have no desire to.

No" works just fine as a complete sentence. You don't have to explain yourself.I said no, then stopped talking.

Just because you don't like something doesn't mean it's bad.

So many powerful, inspirational, insightful, hopeful and connected speeches today. It's been a joy to feel the energy of the women's marches all over the country and world. Feeling optimistic and energized.

Just remember to say THANK YOU sometimes, for all of these everyday extraordinary gifts.

If you need to scream, find a safe place, then scream.
