Engrave beautiful and delightful thoughts in your mind. Forgive, let go, be good and keep positive. The Universe is after all a lovely place to be in and it will take care of you. It will bestow you with all the happiness that you can imagine because what you draw on the canvas of your mind, comes to picture.

Prayer also forms a type of nutrition for self confidence and keeps you free from worry. It connects you with the main Source of positive energy (Almighty) and recharges you throughout the day. It elevates your plain of thoughts and indirectly guides you to think fruitful and useful thoughts.

Get rid of grudges and negativity in your thoughts by replacing them with positive thoughts. You deserve a beautiful life.

Remember that the one person who can make you joyous and happy is YOU! You do not have to put the key to your own happiness in someone else's pocket!

Music with all its subtlety has immense power to unite people, spread love and bring peace in the world!

It does not matter where you are standing right now, what matters is where you are headed to.

Read a good book every day. Books help to educate the soul. The mere joy of learning something new will instill the will to live in you.

Life in itself is a big classroom - so learn all the chapters of life well. This chapter of illness is but only one chapter. Learn whatever it has come to teach you and move on in life.

Any thought which brings with it fear, worry, anxiety etc. should be immediately banished from the mind by replacing such thoughts with self-assuring, positive and energizing thoughts. This is called 'Quantum Mind' and it can work miracles in your life.

Run your own race. Fear creeps in when we compare ourselves too much with others.

Happiness is your inherent nature. In the hustle and bustle of life, you have forgotten a part of yourself, and looking for it outside. Fill this void with happiness that is sustainable, not transitory; that illuminates your life and that of others, that is life giving and so natural.

Each moment passes by and we do not even realize this. What we ought to cherish, we actually perish!

Even if you are sick or unhappy today, look for the beautiful things life has to offer: the fact that you are living, breathing and capable of loving others is reason enough to celebrate. Life is beautiful anyway.
