I'm moving and not moving at all. I'm like the moon underneath the waves that ever go on rolling and rocking. It is not, "I am doing this," but rather, an inner realization that "this is happening through me," or "it is doing this for me." The consciousness of self is the greatest hindrance to the proper execution of all physical action.

When your sense of self and happiness comes from within and isn't a roller coaster ride dependent on others or circumstances, you approach life differently. You make better choices. You draw to you the people and situations that matter. The others, they fall away.

Man, the living creature, the creating individual, is always more important than any established style or system.

Be like the flower, content with its nature.

If life throws you a few bad notes or vibrations, don't let them interrupt or alter your song.

It is better to dwell on the beautiful things in life than the negative.
